Timothy Donahue of Yuma, Arizona has appeared at ICE raids in Chicago and the wider Illinois area, and at the site of many violent raids and arrests. A video of Donahue pointing a gun at those protesting ICE activity in Evanston, Illinois, forced us to set his identity as ‘High Priority’ internally.

Thanks to our team, we found older social media profile photos and our facial recognition got to work confirming the identity of the violent agent.
