Kwiatkowski investigates violations of the Immigration and Nationality Act and other related federal statutes, such as violations of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1001(a)(2). Kwiatkowski is the officer that has signed off on the charging documents for the following cases:
- United States v. Niz-Niz
- United States v. Cruz
- United States v. Castro
- United States v. Alavi
- United States v. Loja-Loja
In coordination with other USBP agents Kwiatkowski has collaborated with the North Tonawanda and Lockport police department to abduct undocumented community members following traffic stops.
