Upload a FOIA or Document
Contents
You don’t need to write a report to make a difference. If you have FOIA documents, leaked memos, emails, contracts, or anything that helps expose ICE operations — you can upload them. We review every file.
What You Can Submit
- FOIA releases (PDFs, scanned images, zip files)
- Internal memos or emails
- Facility inspection reports
- Contractor invoices and procurement docs
- Surveillance and tech contracts
- Court records
- Whistleblower material
Accepted Formats
We accept: PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, and ZIP files. If your file type isn’t listed, contact us and we’ll figure it out.
How to Upload
Use our secure upload portal (coming soon). Files can be submitted anonymously. We do not log IP addresses or metadata.
What Happens Next
- Our team will review the file manually.
- Relevant excerpts may be quoted in public entries.
- Full files may be made available in our document library.
- Sensitive info (names of survivors, identifying details) will be redacted if needed.
What We Won’t Do
- We won’t share your info.
- We won’t post files without review.
- We won’t publish any document that puts someone at risk unless they’ve given informed consent.
This Is About Evidence
You don’t need to build the case — just share what you have. Every document sharpens the record. Every release makes it harder for ICE and its collaborators to hide.
