Add an Agent or Incident

Contents

The ICE List grows because people speak up. If you know of an agent, a facility, a company, or a specific incident that belongs in this archive, you can submit it. We investigate every submission. We document what the government hides.

What You Can Submit

  • Agents: Full names, badge numbers, known aliases, field office, incidents linked to them.
  • Incidents: Dates, locations, what happened, who was involved, how it was reported.
  • Facilities: Name, operator, abuses reported, contract links.
  • Companies: Surveillance tools, transport contractors, food providers, medical service firms.

What We Need

  • As much detail as possible. Even partial names or rough dates help.
  • Links to articles, FOIA documents, court records, or photos.
  • If you witnessed something directly, say so.

How to Submit

Use our encrypted form (linked below) or email us at icelistcd@pm.me. You can remain anonymous. We will never publish your name unless you explicitly allow it.

Submissions are reviewed manually. Some lead to new pages. Some get added to existing ones. All are taken seriously.

What Happens Next

  1. We log and tag the submission.
  2. We cross-check with existing records.
  3. If verified or strongly corroborated, it’s added to the ICE List.
  4. We may reach out for clarification if needed.

Why It Matters

This project survives on collective resistance. Every agent named, every incident exposed, it chips away at the silence. You don’t need credentials to hold power accountable. Just truth, and the courage to share it.
